Who’s Globo?

Globo is an import/export company in Osaka, Japan. We have connections with the Japanese high quality products manufacturers and would like to introduce them to the world.

Shipping

We will mainly use Japan post for shipping your items. The fee is free for normal delivery without tracking number and payable for EMS or ePacket. ePacket is faster than normal delivery and with a tracking number.

Payment

We accept several online payment methods:

>Debit and Credit card through PayPal
Please note, all payments with banking cards are processed via PayPal. If you do not have PayPal account select ‘Pay with a credit or debit card’ option once you are redirected to PayPal.

Return Policy

We have made every effort to present as accurately as possible the colors and patterns of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display product’s color with the 100% accuracy. Therefore to ensure the best shopping experience with us, we offer friendly return and exchange policy.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please, contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original conditions (not used or damaged) and original packaging (the box, envelope or bag in which it was sent, with all Post Office notes on it) to ensure they are good protected in transportation.

Please, contact us at info@globo.jp if you would like to return your order. Your money will be refunded within 14 days* after receiving the merchandise and completing the quality check procedure. Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse return of a damaged, worn or used merchandise. The order should be returned within 14 days after it was received.

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

*Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or the PayPal account. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Please read the PayPal refund conditions.

Security and Privacy

Shopping at globo.jp is as safe as possible. We guarantee to keep in private personal details of our customers and not to disclose it to the third parties. For safer payments we accept payments made with PayPal.
